Erin is a recent graduate involved in project documentation and general office administration. Her work outside of architecture provides freedom to explore new ideas in her designs, with a strong focus on sustainability and its impact on construction practices. Erin’s graduating Professional Project focused on a relaxed domestic approach to contemporary hotel design and associated facilities providing a high class establishment that allowed guests to feel at home. A rural retreat was also part of her Masters degree, which incorporated a close look at materiality and low key living. Her role at IKA matched with her enthusiasm further develops the skills gained at university by providing professional experience.
